Action Computer’s prepaid Labor Contracts are designed to minimize support costs by providing customized maintenance, support and consultation services to meet the specific needs of your business. We offer a minimum 10 hour block with a full $10/hr off our current rate. Contracts can be purchased in 10 hour blocks above the initial 10 hours purchased.
What is not covered under the Prepaid Labor Contract?
Only labor during regularly scheduled business hours is covered under our Prepaid Labor
Contracts. If service is required outside of normal business hours, our overtime rate of time & ½
Applies.
