My Apple will not boot

From time to time, Apple computers can have trouble booting.  Often it is a minor issue like resetting a piece of hardware, however sometimes it is a little more serious.
There are several levels of "cannot boot" for Apple computers.  Each level represents a portion of the boot process.  The most important stage and easiest to identify is the "Chime stage".  This is the stage that is completed when you hear the "DONG" sound.
If you do not hear this sound, then your machine is in serious trouble.  If you hear the "DONG" sound, then usually the problem can be fixed.

Either case, you should bring your computer in for repair as soon as possible if you are having problems booting your Mac.

My Apple has been running very slow

some possible reasons:

  • It's possible that your apple may have many background programs running
  • Your hard drive could be too full of data to function efficiently
  • Your hard drive could be failing
  • OS X has become corrupt
  • You may have a hardware issue

When a computer starts to respond slowly, normally the process in finding the cause, is long and difficult.  It could be software, or it could be hardware.  With a simple OS X redo or modification, we can have your machine back to you quickly and running like it did the day you bought it.

OS X constantly freezes

some possible reasons:

  • It's possible that your computer may have a damaged piece of hardware
  • OS X may have become corrupt
  • Your hard drive could be failing
  • Out-dated firmware

If you are constantly seeing the spinning beach ball, then your system is not running at its full potential.  Macs should usually run smoothly and without hesitation.  When the beach ball starts showing up, this usually signifies the cpu, memory, or the swap file
This is bad!!
Keeping a machine in a state like this can damage other parts of the Operating System or the computer resulting in data loss and more expensive repairs.
You should have your machine serviced as soon as possible so that you may protect the rest of the computer

Wireless/Bluetooth issues
Wireless and Bluetooth problems can be very bothersome.  Some common symptoms that you may have if you are having Wireless/Bluetooth issues

  • In and out connectivity
  • Can not join wireless router
  • Cannot sync mouse, keyboard or other Bluetooth device
